ROHACELL® Triple F allows industrial large-scale production of complex, 3-dimensional sandwich components.
These foam cores are applicable in all common composite procedures like high-pressure RTM, wet pressing as well as compression moulding, autoclave and infusion-technology.
ROHACELL® Triple F significantly reduces manufacturing costs per part as process steps like machining and assembling of inserts are completely obsolete.
Depending on customer requirements densities between 75kg/m³ and 200 kg/m³ can be offered and will be adjusted to the performance and process needs of the individual part.
